Usual tagging time/pace: I am in EST and have a Monday-Friday day job, so I do most of my tags between 7-11pm EST. My tagging speed varies. I strive to tag things back within 24 hours and can boomerang in the evenings when I'm home, but I'm sometimes tired or busy.
Back-tagging: Yes. I don't mind if something's a few days late and I will keep threads going for a while.
Action vs prose: No preference
Thread-hopping: Yes - but if it's turning into a long series of private messages between two characters rather than something other characters can see, please continue the thread in IC contact posts on character journals.
Fourth wall breaking: I'd prefer not. I can't recall other canons where Avatar or Legend of Korra are referenced in some manner, but if it is, I might be open to minor fourth wall breaking, like identifying him as someone from the water tribe.
Offensive subjects and/or triggers: I'm pretty hard to offend, but please avoid graphic descriptions of animal cruelty with me.

Hugging: Yes.
Kissing: Yes.
Flirting: Yes.
Fighting: Yes.
Injuring: Talk to me first. I will probably say yes to anything he could recover from within a few days. No to dismemberment or permanent disfigurement.
Killing: No.
IC triggers: Comparing him to his father. I...don't think it's likely to come up? He will take it very poorly if it does happen, and possibly even react with violence.
Telepathy: Yes to all surface thoughts and maybe to anything deeper than that. Please give me a heads up when your character is using telepathy so I can give you something to work with.
Mind control: Talk to me first. If there's an interesting plot reason for it, I'll probably be open to it.
Open to smut prompts? Yes. By default, he will lean more toward women 25+, but CR, a character's personality traits and their life experience will ultimately determine if he's interested or not. OOCly my hard limits are no characters under 18 for him and no incest.
Relationships: I am open to all sorts of things, as long as it's done organically. I love to see how characters' dynamics with one another grow through interaction. Friendships, family-like relationships, romantic ships, anything else, it's all good! I would actually love for him to develop some strong bonds with people since he's accustomed to hiding so much of himself away and being a workaholic.

Additionally, Tarrlok has an invasive power - bloodbending. It's not a power he'll ever use outside of self-defense, and even then he'd only use it without a water source present for his waterbending and when he felt likely to be seriously harmed or killed. I will always discuss bloodbending with players before it's used in a fight and work out other options if the player isn't comfortable with the ability. Things like either having a water source present during the fight, or an outside person to put a stop to the fight before Tarrlok would get to the point where he'd use bloodbending are both easy enough to work out.
